Most care treats where it hurts.

We help you find out why

There's a reason your pain keeps coming back after adjustments, massages, or a round of PT. If the root cause isn't addressed, relief is always temporary.

Our entire approach is built around finding and fixing what's actually driving your pain ,so you can get back to your life and stay there.

Most care focuses on the site of pain - adjusting the spine, rubbing the sore muscle, stretching the tight area. It feels good in the moment. But if those areas are hurting because of a movement problem elsewhere, the pain will keep returning.

We look at how your whole body moves, not just the painful part. We identify the underlying pattern: a strength imbalance, a movement habit, a structural issue, and build your plan around correcting it at the source.

THE CORE DIFFERENCE

Treating the painful spot isn't the same as solving the problem

Find why it hurts, then fix that

THE TYPICAL APPROACH

Treat wherever it hurts

THE MOMENTA APPROACH

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

A runner comes in with knee pain. Most clinics treat the knee. We look at how the hip is moving, how the foot is landing, and how load is distributed through the whole leg. The knee is where the pain is. The hip is often where the problem is. Treating the knee alone is why the pain kept coming back.

Pain is a signal, not the source. When you treat only the signal, you get short-term relief. When you treat the source, you get your life back.

You don't have to stop exercising or pause your life. We help you figure out how to stay active around your pain while we address the root cause because inactivity usually makes things worse, not better.

Three things we do that most clinics don’t

THE CORE DIFFERENCE

We keep you moving while we work

"Lower back pain" is a diagnosis. "Getting back to my morning runs" is a goal. These need different plans. We start with what you want to get back to and build every decision - treatment, exercises, milestones, from there.

We build around your goal, not your diagnosis

By the time your plan is done, you'll understand your body better than you ever have. What caused the problem, how to prevent it, and what to do if pain flares up. You leave with tools, not dependence on weekly visits.

We teach you, not just treat you

These aren't just values, they're built into how every session runs and how every care plan is designed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What a visit with us actually looks like

Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with your doctor. Here's how that time is used.

Check in on progress

We start by asking how you've been feeling since the last visit, what's improved, what's still challenging, and how your activity has been. This shapes what we focus on that day.

Hands-on manual therapy

Targeted manual work based on what your body needs that session - whether that's joint mobilization, soft tissue work, or other techniques from our toolkit. Always specific, never routine.

Progressive rehab exercises

We work through exercises designed to build the strength and movement quality that will keep the problem from coming back. These evolve as you improve, they're never the same static sheet of stretches.

Education and next steps

We explain what we found, what we did, and why. You leave with a clear understanding of your progress and exactly what to focus on before your next visit.

The techniques we use and why we use them

OUR TOOLS

We don't have a favorite technique. We have a goal, getting you back to your life and we use whatever combination of tools best serves that goal for your specific situation. Every technique below is chosen because it supports the bigger plan, not because it's what we do for everyone.

If this approach resonates,

SOUNDS LIKE THE RIGHT FIT?

A discovery call isn't a sales pitch, it's a chance for us to hear your story, answer your questions honestly, and figure out together whether this is the right path for you. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.

the next step is a conversation.
