Guest Bio:

Jessica Harrington MPH is a public health educator whose career focus is to help people increase their self-awareness and decrease stress. She grew up with a presence of addiction and mental health challenges within her family so, naturally she gravitated towards a career in the drug and alcohol field.

Through her career and education, she realized that we all have common issues, primarily that we all have times where we struggle to handle stress. After obtaining her Masters in Public Health, she started her first business educating moms about stress.

While growing her business she divorced her high school sweetheart and had to learn how to practice what she preached. She learned that while it is easy for us to put other needs and wants first, doing so contributes significantly to our own stress and unhappiness.

After some time and healing, she started her company Journey To Yourself, where she strives to help individuals learn and create awareness around their own stress while building habits they can use on a daily basis to help relieve it.
