Episode #6: Jessica Lupacckino

In this episode Drs. Joanna and Ilan sit down with Jessica Lupacckino, a certified yoga and meditation instructor and owner of Day Vibes LLC. Jessica shares her story of how she worked for 20 years in corporate America before changing careers to focus on implementing work-life integration strategies to improve the overall well-being of employees, improve communication, reduce employee turnover, prevent burnout, and improve company culture.

We discuss a wide range of topics including the benefits that yoga and meditation can provide with regards to our day to day lives, communication with our co-workers, friends and families, the power of happiness and how to deepen your connection with yourself, the various settings in which Jessica has provided corporate wellness sessions, how to recognize patterns in your employees, how to prevent burnout, and how to implement strategies to improve communication between employers and employees.

Jessica also shares her experience with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, Thought Field Therapy (TFT) tapping, and Heart Activated Breathing techniques and how she incorporates these techniques into her corporate wellness approach.

Jessica Lupacckino is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and EFT/TFT Tapping instructor with special certifications for Trauma sensitive populations.

In many experiences throughout her life, she’s been able to apply the following quote introduced to her by her Mom “It’s the journey, not the destination.” Whether she’s on her yoga mat, spending time with her husband, son, family and friends, yoga is a journey to finding happiness in the present moment. Since obtaining her 200 HR RYT certification in 2012, she has taught within studios, for local non-profits, school systems, Chester County Youth Center and most recently opened her own business Day Vibes LLC.

Day Vibes services include assisting employers and their employees to create a happy workplace environment by implementing gentle yoga and meditation into the workday. This helps to create comfortable open lines of communication and helps to decrease turnover. She loves to teach and practice yoga with anyone and everyone!
